TMC Labs Honors VanillaSoft for Telemarketing Software Solutions

As the provider of high quality telemarketing solutions, VanillaSoft has announced that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC (News - Alert)) has awarded the company one of its TMC Labs Innovation Awards for 2010.


The TMC Labs Innovation Awards are granted to companies responsible for crafting products and solutions that, thanks to their innovative nature and unique features, have been proven to contribute significantly towards improving communications technology and improving industry performance. Highlights of the recipients of the 2010 Innovation Awards are to be published in the September and October 2010 issues of the Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.

TMC Labs staff was more than impressed by VanillaSoft’s product and found that it was indeed innovative and unique, and significantly contributed to the industry’s performance. Rich Tehrani (News - Alert), CEO of TMC, said that TMC was very proud to reward VanillaSoft with a TMC Labs Innovation Award. Tom Keating, CTO and TMC Labs director, added that every year, TMC’s Innovation Award aims to exemplify the industry’s best products.

Through its innovative SaaS (News - Alert) product, VanillaSoft has truly proven that it is worthy of such an award, as it is committed to quality and furthering the development of the CRM and contact-center industries. Keating added further that he congratulates VanillaSoft for having been able to earn such accolades from the industry, and that he is looking forward to seeing what further innovations VanillaSoft is to craft in the future.

Ken Murray (News - Alert), president of VanillaSoft, said that the company is happy to be recognized for its unique solutions.
