VanillaSoft Named to the Dallas Hot 100 List

VanillaSoft has been named to the Dallas Hot 100 list. The Dallas 100 Awards, presented by the SMU Cox's (News - Alert) Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship recognizes the fastest growing, and most dynamic, privately held companies in the Dallas area.


"It is a real honor to be recognized among Dallas's fastest growing companies. In these challenging times, it is essential that we deliver measurable and tangible value to our customers," said Ken Murray (News - Alert), president of VanillaSoft, in a statement.

Recently Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC), a global, integrated media company, named VanillaSoft as a 2010 TMC (News - Alert) Labs Innovation Award winner.

VanillaSoft's flagship product has also been awarded Product of the Year honors in recent years.

VanillaSoft is a Lead Management Software and Telemarketing Software created by Inside Sales experts for Insides Sales teams.

VanillaSoft says that it enables customers to do more than store their data and report on it like traditional CRM. The company says that the customers drive productivity by deploying Best-In-Class feature set which includes next-best-call logic, auto-dialing, on-board intelligent messaging, integrated e-mail, real-time lead distribution, live dashboard and call recording for training.

The company claimed that typical users realize a production increase of 30 to 50 percent over traditional CRM, creating an easy to justify ROI.

VanillaSoft dials over existing phone systems or VOIP meaning no new or high fees for telecom. VanillaSoft is based in Plano, Texas where it has served a global client base since 2005.
