Property Solutions Telemarketing Software Notifies Property Managers in Real Time

Property Solutions, Inc. is supplementing its comprehensive suite of marketing tools for property management companies with the addition of Lead Alert.

This new tool has been designed to notify property managers in real time when a prospect submits an online guest card or lease application, and when a resident submits a rating or review of their property online.

Property management companies can download the tool for free and also customize it to display only the alerts property managers want to see. This is how it works: as soon as a lead comes in, a small pop-up appears from the manager's taskbar that shows the origin and subject of the lead and a link they can click for more details.

The Lead Alert tool can be used along with two of Property Solutions' marketing portals, ProspectPortal and ILS Portal.

The company notes that property managers can also receive Lead Alert pop-ups from prospect's incoming phone calls. This will not only show them the number but also the advertising source that generated the lead if they use Property Solutions call tracking system.

“Lead management should be a top priority among property managers,” said Property Solutions' CEO Dave Bateman. “If you don't act on a lead fast, another property will. That's why immediate notifications of leads are a must-have in the industry.”
