Marketing Software Provider HubSpot Announces HUGS 2011

HubSpot, a provider of marketing software platform for small and medium sized businesses, announced the second annual HubSpot User Group Summit, HUGS 2011, a global gathering of inbound marketers.




HUGS 2011 will have participation from 1,000 HubSpot customers, partners and marketing experts on September 15-16 in Boston. Last year’s HubSpot event attracted more than 500 participants.

Conducting HUGS along with the Inbound Marketing Summit, HubSpot customers will get broad marketing thought leadership and specific hands-on skill building. HUGS participants will have the opportunity to network and share inbound marketing inspiration, best practices, and hands-on training. 

The 2011 agenda is targeted at assisting HubSpot users to understand inbound marketing tools while building new skills. It will feature experts on what's next in marketing as well as direct-to-customer training by the company that created the concept and leading software behind inbound marketing.

“Last year at HUG, customers combined their digital training with a face-to-face experience that deepened their understanding of inbound marketing while forging strong relationships with the peers and people that are helping them grow their businesses,” said Jonah Lopin, VP of customer success, HubSpot, in a statement.

The event will offer theory and practice to give attendees actionable strategies to improve their marketing and grow their businesses.

Though Boston is emerging as the hub for inbound marketing universe, HubSpot customers are gathering in cities across the globe to share the benefits of personal networking on a local level.

Recently, HubSpot announced that Social Fresh has teamed up with HubSpot as its official social media training partner to support and participate actively in new training initiatives. These initiatives will enable businesses to learn, understand, and use social media with a focus on Facebook (News - Alert), blogging, & lead generation.
