Aspect Unified IP CRM Connector Updates Integrations with Leading CRM Business Applications

Aspect, a provider of customer contact and Microsoft (News - Alert) platform solutions, has announced unified IP CRM Connector updates integrations with leading CRM business applications.


The company announced updated validations of AMC Technology's Aspect Unified IP 7 CRM Connector to include the latest releases of Oracle (News - Alert) Siebel and SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM).

Officials with Aspect said that such integrations are an important part of the company’s commitment to providing customer contact solutions that leverage core enterprise business processes, enabling increased productivity and efficiency across the organization.

Company officials said that the integration of key contact center capabilities with CRM software allows organizations’ contact centers to effectively manage customer interactions while enhancing customer experience across customer service, collections, sales and telemarketing functions.

Customer data is delivered at the time the interaction is presented to the agent, providing access to the information needed for more efficient resource utilization, faster resolution of customer issues and greater customer satisfaction.

According to company officials, the Aspect (News - Alert) Unified IP CRM Connector is provided by Aspect via their partnership with AMC Technology, a leader in the integration of multi-channel, real-time communications with business applications commonly used within the contact center.

The solution, company officials said, leverages a robust, proven architecture that has been successfully deployed at large enterprises worldwide.

The updated validations that AMC performed with Siebel 8.1 and SAP (News - Alert) CRM 7 assure Aspect contact center customers of an efficient implementation, streamlined access to important customer information and the ability to leverage existing investments in CRM applications.

“The partnership between Aspect and AMC Technology allows companies to harness the combined power of their CRM business applications and Aspect contact centre solutions to execute a customer contact strategy that delivers powerful business results,” said Serge Hyppolite, vice president of product management, Aspect, in a statement.

Hyppolite said that delivering proven integrations with leading CRM applications such as Siebel, SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, is increasingly important to the customers since they give contact centre agents the customer intelligence to drive more informed interactions that enhance customer relationships and brand.
