These telemarketing solutions are increasingly used by organizations for selling, prospecting or setting appointments through outbound sales calls.

Recently the company announced the launch of VanillaSoft App on the (News - Alert) App Exchange, enabling customers to switch the leads between and VanillaSoft App seamlessly.

With VanillaSoft App on the App Exchange users can now also take advantage of the robust features of CRM. Meanwhile, users will also benefit from powerful selling features of VanillaSoft.

VanillaSoft customers will benefit from the best-in-class features of its lead management software that include next-best-lead routing, auto-dialing, on-board intelligent messaging, integrated e-mail, real-time lead distribution, live dashboard and call recording for training.

With the new functionality, users can route a lead through VanillaSoft, placing and resulting a sales call in real time. The user’s account is instantly updated with the results. Additionally users can query out a specific list of leads to move into the VanillaSoft platform to be worked.

“We are thrilled that has such an open approach to working with partners. Many of our customers love both platforms and want to take advantage of the richness of both,” said Ken Murray (News - Alert), President of VanillaSoft, in a statement. The App Exchange, and the release of our App, makes that possible."

Recently VanillaSoft hit headlines when it announced it is celebrating Women’s History Month by introducing a micro lending initiative focusing on female owned businesses in the third world.

As part of this initiative, the company will make one micro loan per day during the entire March to support women business owners around the world. The loans are offered through Kiva micro lending platform, company officials said.
