VanillaSoft to Exhibit Telemarketing Software at International Conference On Fundraising

VanillaSoft, a provider of telemarketing software, has joined as an exhibitor at the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ 50th Annual International Conference on Fundraising (ICON) to be held April 7 – 9 in San Diego, Calif.

VanillaSoft offers lead management and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for outbound calling campaigns. The company claims that its telemarketing software helps improve team’s call productivity by 50 percent or more as well as better handles the distribution of leads to sales people.

Fundraisers are key tools used to help organizations build and maintain close relationships with donors, patrons, members, prospects and volunteers. A recent survey conducted by Ipsos Public Affairs on behalf of ChildFund International found that the return to the 6.2 percent payroll tax will result in one in five Americans reducing their charitable giving by an average of 29 percent.

 Further, the telemarketing software helps overcome an array of challenges faced during fundraising campaigns.
