Telemarketing Software Provider Infusionsoft Partners with 3CLogic

Infusionsoft provides Web-based telemarketing software to small businesses. Recently, the company signed a technology partnership with 3CLogic (News - Alert), a provider of cloud-based contact centers, to integrate its sales and marketing software with 3CLogic's cloud-based contact center.

3CLogic cloud contact centers, hosted on Amazon Web Services (News - Alert) (AWS), helps customer service reps gain a 360 degree view of all voice, chat, and social media interactions with clients.

Thanks to the integration between the Infusionsoft telemarketing software and 3CLogic cloud-based call center solutions, customers will be able to launch telemarketing campaigns or reach prospects with one click. The service – including the call center capabilities—is delivered directly via cloud

3CLogic's inbound and outbound contact center software allows companies to efficiently respond to communications, ensure customer satisfaction with better service and drive toward a larger lifetime value of each account, customer, or client.

Earlier this year, the telemarketing software provider announced it has acquired social media marketing software company GroSocial. Infusionsoft acquired GroSocial to meet growing demands for an effective, easy-to-use social media marketing tool that helps small businesses generate effective sales leads.
