PowerDialer and the new Best Phone (News - Alert) Number addition, is aimed at high-speed sales companies. It takes every phone number on the sales record and matches it with private customer data. Through AI, it is able to identify the telephone number with the highest propensity to answer. That eliminates wasted time calling unresponsive numbers.

Playbooks includes the Best Email offering, predicting the best possible email address to gain the highest contact results. “While we have many premium AI capabilities, ‘Predictive for All’ is our goal. No other enterprise solution provider has the breadth of predictive features powered by data and AI, and makes those features available to every customer,” adds Elkingon.
