ISM has acquired Propellix/Techosystems, a highly regarded Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software sales and implementation consultancy serving the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and Northern California.

With the acquisition of this Sage SalesLogix and Sage CRM partner, the ISM service area now spans the entire West Coast, as well as several mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states.

BJ O'Reilly, president at ISM, touts a greater potential for generating meaningful bottom line results for their clients.

"This gives our CRM practice added strength and unlocks new paths for growth. Like us, Propellix is highly regarded for their ability to connect with clients. Their CRM expertise complements our market leadership and enables us to deliver a wider range of strategic CRM solutions with better value," said O'Reill in a statement.

O'Reilly also notes that clients are showing renewed curiosity in products like Sage SalesLogix CRM and SageCRM.

He said that client interest in CRM seems to be growing now that companies, regardless of size, are recognizing its strategic potential.

“The business intelligence waiting to be mined from customer data can help you better understand where the market is going and where the opportunities exist for future growth. CRM software, along with professional guidance and expertise, helps steer those companies in the right direction," he addced.

Brian Segers, president at Propellix, while expressing his excitement about the acquisition and opportunities ahead said that it's a really good fit.

“Our business philosophies and corporate cultures are a great match. And at the end of the day, our clients are going to benefit from the expanded resources and presence of a Sage Authorized Partner with a national presence," said Segers.

ISM is one of the top Sage resellers and business technology providers in the country.
