PT Enhances Xpress Portfolio with Advanced Telemarketing Software

PT has added Xpress Telemarketer Guard (TMG) to its Xpress suite of next-generation network solutions.

Telemarketer Guard from PT, a global supplier of advanced network communications, is an advanced telemarketing software feature enabling residential subscribers to intercept and divert annoying telemarketing calls.

The new offering from PT has the ability to block the call, send the call to voicemail, or allow the call to proceed. The company is giving a choice to each subscriber to create a “reject list” or an “allow list.”

The “reject list” permanently disallows specific telemarketers and an “allow list” gives selected telemarketers access to the subscriber.

PT’s Xpress Telemarketer Guard gives the end-user superior control to that offered by the "Do Not Call Registry." 

An innovative design methodology called “crowd sourced wisdom” makes TMG work so effectively. This methodology treats the entire subscribed population as individual intelligent filters to identify telemarketers.

"We are dedicated to enhancing our Xpress portfolio of SIP-based services, in order to furnish carriers a rich suite of powerful solutions to build a wide variety of revenue generating services."

PT is currently offering its easy-to-deploy, easy-to-use TMG solution through a major carrier's North American network and expects it to be popular amongst global service providers.
