VanillaSoft Brings Telemarketing Software to the SMB with 'Lite' Launch

As a provider of lead management and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, VanillaSoft has issued these two lite versions of its flagship CRM software to aid the smallest of the small business in managing its client strategies and inbound/outbound reach.

The Lite and Lite Plus solutions come with auto dialing features and start at a price of $16 per month on an annual basis or $25 per month on a monthly basis. The pricing structure is so cost-effective, even individual sales representatives can take advantage of these offerings.

The Lite products are designed to best serve those businesses with CRM needs that want to remain budget conscious. The new products also include the capacity to manage up to 10,000 contacts, automatic next-best-lead distribution, a real-time management dashboard, email templates, custom fields, customized reporting, on-board scripting, data querying, and prioritized lead routing. Both solutions combine the best from VanillaSoft at optimal pricing.
