Rising to the Top: VanillaSoft Sales Leader Honored Again

“She must be doing something right.” That seems to be the sentiment around the offices of the Sales Lead Management Association (SLMA), after the group announced its recent list of 20 Women to Watch in Sales Lead Management for 2016.

On the list for the third year in a row is Genie Parker, Operations Manager at VanillaSoft, an award-winning provider of lead management software for inside sales, and sales by phone activities. In being named, Parker was cited for her career in sales and marketing, and contributions made to effective lead management methodologies and solutions.

“We are thrilled to see Genie receive this honor for the third year in a row,” VanillaSoft CEO David Hood said in acknowledging the award. “She is incredibly committed to this company and her profession and constantly strives to improve sales-by-phone methodologies and lead management solutions for VanillaSoft customers.”

A panel of judges reviewed SLMA members’ nominations for the 20 Women to Watch in Sales Lead Management honor. Honorees were selected based on their contributions to a combination of activities, including sales lead management, marketing and sales. Additional qualifications, such as board positions, authorships, and relevant presentations, were also taken into account. 

“I am so pleased to have been recognized by the SLMA panel again,” Parker said. “It is quite an honor to be listed with this group of accomplished and influential women, including Mari Anne Vanella of The Vanella Group, a long time VanillaSoft customer.”
